The Electronic Warfare Test Execution Lead works closely with the Test and Evaluation (T&E) Manager on planning, budgeting, and conduct of developmental and operational test and evaluation efforts for the various Electronic Warfare (EW) programs and will perform the below summarized duties in support of EW T&E.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SUMMARY:
- Work with software team to plan use of Integrated Warfare Systems Lab (IWSL) lab time for system Integration, software checkouts, and testing.
- Plan and schedule IWSL, Check out, accept and release IWSL labs, Work with IWSL personnel to resolve lab issues.
- Create test logs for IWSL integration and testing (summary and technical info).
- Participate in and track verification of software changes.
- Provide daily SITREPs for external test events.
- Write Jira tickets for software issues and needed enhancements.
- Develop test plans and procedures for land-based testing and in-port installation and checkout.
- Develop procedures for at-sea events
- Work with stakeholders to set objectives for at-sea experiments ..
- Coordinate logistics of external and at-sea events with software team.
- Coordinate ship events with software team and experiment/exercise organizations.
- Provide technical expertise on Aegis Weapons System, data collection, and external interfaces (e.g., PLA messaging).
- Maintain technical expertise on software under your cognizance.
- Coordinate Information Assurance Authority to Operate updates.
- Regularly meet with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads to ensure all efforts align with T&E.
- Primary developer of test artifacts including test plans, test procedures, Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), Data Management and Analysis Plans (DMAPs), and test reports.
- Ensure operability of system under test, integrate external subsystems, and test tools.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of T&E experience.
- Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance*.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in mathematics, engineering, physics, or related sciences. (Engineering preferred but not mandatory).
