We are actively recruiting for a detail-oriented Program Analyst (Planner/Scheduler) to develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for the construction/equipment installation period on a Navy Project. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring project timelines are met, resources are optimized, and stakeholders are well-informed on schedule status and impacts.



As the Program Analyst (Planner/Scheduler), you will...
  • Create, update, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedules for multiple projects
  • Ensure alignment of the Integrated Master Schedule with project milestones, deliverables, and project sub-schedules
  • Collaborate with various project departments and external company stakeholders to gather daily schedule inputs to ensure accurate and comprehensive scheduling
  • Communicate complex schedule information effectively to diverse audiences
  • Assess and report the impacts of delays, design, resource, and configuration changes on the overall project schedule
  • Regularly brief project managers and other stakeholders on schedule status, updates, and critical path.
  • Proactively identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies

What you bring to the table...
  • A bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with multi-site operations, general practices and key stakeholders
  • Have and maintain a government security clearance at the Secret level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/project software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, KIDASA Milestones Professional, One Pager Professional, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the impacts of changes and dependencies within project schedules
  • Ability to synthesize inputs from multiple sources into cohesive and accurate schedules
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical data to diverse audiences and collaborate across departments.
  • Adaptability to respond to shifting priorities and provide schedule updates at a moment's notice
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage complex scheduling and administrative tasks
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions

Bonus Points for...
  • Familiarity with Navy scheduling/planning processes and/or Integrated Master Schedules
  • Experience in scheduling/planning roles
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense processes
