Job Description:
Seeking a motivated and experienced business development professional with over 20 years of operational or defense industry experience in commercial and military aircraft missionization and modification. The applicant should have operational knowledge of mission concepts of operations (CONOPS) to include ISR, AEWC, and EA. This role will be part of a business development team responsible for creating orders opportunities on large international programs ranging from $100M to over $1B.
This role will perform strategic international portfolio shaping, take on lead roles during international pursuits and report to the ISR Sector Senior Director of Business Development. The role will identify the appropriate in-country consultants to shape foreign defense budgets and generate requirements favorable to ISR portfolio strengths. The role will also be responsible for gaining access to international stakeholders in the highest levels of government while leading diverse cross-functional cross-continental teams in engagement of these key stakeholders.
The candidate should already be familiar with the LHX common capture process (or industry equivalent) to include skills such as competitive intelligence, price-to-win, and development of win strategies with emphasis on experience with international offsets. Certification as an LHX Cross-Segment Enterprise Capture Lead is highly desired.

Essential Functions:
- TS/SCI is a huge plus, ability to travel 50-75%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
- Experience building partnerships with local industry to meet offset and industrial participation requirements.
- Experience in a multi-cultural global business
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Active TS/SCI Clearance or Prior active clearance is a plus
- Aircraft missionization, modification, and sustainment experience
- Prior relevant experience, working ideally within a Defense Industry or operational ISR experience.
- ISR, AEWC, and EA mission experience/familiarity
