As Deputy Program Manager, you'll serve as the subject matter expert and advisor to A4 CIO leadership, overseeing IT and technology initiatives across the DAF headquarters 4-ltr directorate.

What you'll do:
  • You will lead IT and technology initiatives for the A4 CIO, serving as a key advisor to leadership while managing both small and large teams across the DAF headquarters 4-ltr directorate.
  • You will oversee strategic planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects, ensuring alignment with leadership objectives and fostering collaboration with multi-agency partners and joint task forces.
  • You will drive process improvements, implement Agile methodologies, and manage cloud, data management, and enterprise technology solutions to enhance mission effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed:
  • An active Top-Secret security clearance
  • 10+ years of experience leading both small and large teams and working with multi-agency partners and joint task forces.
  • Experience with planning, directing, and coordinating activities across the DAF headquarters 4-ltr directorate and large contractor team to implement strategic objectives and achieve goals set by leadership
