We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer/AI Engineer to build automated data classification tools and develop big data solutions. This role is vital for transforming manual data review processes into automated, efficient workflows that enhance after-action reviews and overall data management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement automated tools for data classification and analysis to reduce reliance on manual processes.
Design and build ETL pipelines to efficiently handle large volumes of data, including email, chat, and radio traffic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems and support after-action review capabilities.
Work on advanced AI models to improve data classification, anomaly detection, and decision-making support.
Maintain documentation of data workflows, algorithms, and integration processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in data engineering, big data analytics, or AI-related roles.
Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL processes and working with data lakes.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java, with experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) being a plus.
Familiarity with data integration tools and modern data processing architectures.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in defense or mission-critical projects.
Knowledge of integrating data solutions with front-end technologies like Angular or React.
A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
