Description: NSI requires a Demand/Supply Chain Analyst to support PMA 299 H-60 Joint Program Office. The Supply Chain Analyst will collect and analyze DoD and DLA transactional supply data from DLA's IT system of record and related data warehouses, tables, and resources. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate implementation of accepted proposals for improving KPIs (demand management, procurement, delivery). Recommend improvements based on analyses and/or trends. Conduct, review and provide expert analysis regarding demand/supply chain performance issues and when required coordinates with functional process analysts and subject-matter specialists throughout the enterprise. Analyze supply data regarding past, present, and projected demand/supply chain activity. Utilize supply performance metrics, and other demand/supply chain performance critical data to ensure the demand/supply chain and weapon system supply product support performance targets are being met, and to identify trends and other factors adversely affecting performance. Develop/recommend demand/supply chain issues and develop course of action(s) for new or revised process structures to improve performance effectiveness.

Desired Experience:
• Demand/supply chain applications, such as SAP, JDA, COPA, NDMS, SAS, and DSS, related to functional processes including system functionality and business capabilities.
• Analytical techniques and evaluation criteria to investigate, analyze and evaluate activities within the demand/supply chain area.
• Analysis of demand/supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Fill Rate, Material Delay, UFO/Backorder Reduction, Delay Fill Time, and Delivery Response Time.
• This position requires a working knowledge of MS Office suite of products, to include MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.

Location: Richmond, VA

Education: BS or BA Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Management or Business.

Allowable Substitution: An additional six (6) years of work experience OR an Associates degree plus 4 years of additional work experience may be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

Experience: At least three (3) to ten (10) years' FTE experience in defense life-cycle acquisition logistics

Security Clearance: Must be Eligible for a Secret Clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
