We are looking for a highly motivated Property Administrator to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for government and company property throughout its lifecycle from contractor or government initial acquisition and receipt, through stewardship, custody and use, until formal relief of responsibility is granted by the government. In addition to property administration, the ideal candidate is also responsible for facilitating logistics for training including coordinating instructor and student accesses, logistics during class, and enabling ad hoc requests.

As a Property Administrator, a typical day will include the following duties::
- Property audits and reporting in accordance with contractual requirements
- Maintaining property in a secure facility
- Supporting Security and Instructors to track student and trainer accesses during enrollment and course delivery
- Oversight of facilities at the company location
- Ordering supplies and property, updating inventory
- Administrative and Office Management support for a team of instructors and the Program Manager
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in government property administration
- Experience handling and reporting on Government Furnished Property and Contractor Acquired Property
- Knowledge of property disposition processes
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a constantly evolving environment
- Professional demeanor and flexibility to work with a broad spectrum of partners
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in property administration for the government
