We are currently seeking a Technical Administrative Analyst to join our team based in Arlington, Virginia, supporting PEO IWS 6.0. This position is hybrid and requires some on-site at the Washington Navy Yard, although the exact amount has not yet been determined.
What you'll do:
Provide advice and support to the technical director of IWS 6, supporting the Command and Controll division. This position is not technical in nature but may have a technical flair to it. There is high growth potential to this role as the director is involved with everything across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the technical director
- Assist director in managing workflow
- Draft/edit acquisition documents, correspondence and create content to add to documents
- Attend meetings and program reviews, assist with compiling presentations, written materials, and/or electronic communications as required
- Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC's clients
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage correspondence and calendars
- Understanding of how departmental budgeting works and the ability to advocate for it
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Knowledge of Statements of Work (SOW), Justification and Approval (J&A), Aquisition Strategy/Acquisition Plan (AS/AP) and CDRLS
- Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited in the United States PLUS 5 years of relevant experience
- Active Secret Security clearance
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
