Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain analytics using Pig and/or PySpark for critical user reports
- Ensure data accuracy and smooth daily operations
- Normalize raw data from various feeds
- Respond swiftly to evolving customer needs
- Maintain a comprehensive analytics dictionary
Qualifications:
Required
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or 4 years equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of JAVA programming experience
- Expertise in at least 4 of the following areas:
- Hadoop Cloud Certification
- Cloud application deployment
- Cloud scalability
- Apache NiFi
- MongoDB
- Automated analytic software development
- Data-driven and event-driven analytics
- Linguistics
- Ontologies and data modeling
- Pig, PySpark, Piranhas
Desired Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and Scala
- Experience with Apache NiFi, Ansible, and MongoDB
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cloud deployment
