Project Control Analyst, Lead
Key Role:
Serve as the Finance Lead of large and complex programs. Manage a small team of Project Control Analysts. Provide a thorough understanding of program requirements. Anticipate and resp ond to customer needs, serve as a primary point of contact for customers and clients, recommend and develop te chn iques for estimating parameters for proposals, and analyze the preparation and management of budget s and the authorization of budget expenditures. Initiate subcontract and intercompany purchase requests, monitor corresp ond ing expenses, perform program level and task order level finan cia l management duties, provide reporting and contract analysis support, and monitor risk mitigation activities. Participate in statement of work reviews for contract terms and c ond itions and review of monthly invoice and finan cia l deliverable submissions. Manage all contract finan cia l activities regarding the project cost schedule to ensure maximum finan cia l health and full contract compliance, including monthly status reports, expense and invoice review and approvals, and auditing of contract finan cia ls. Provide analysis and recommendations based on the results of finan cia l program management reviews. Complete estimates at completion to include estimated business performance metrics at the end of period of performance, including profit, cash flow, and risk identifiers. Prepare and manage contract deliverables and resp ond to contract and program data calls.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience working in business or finan cia l management
- Experience with using Micro sof t Excel
- Experience briefing senior leadership
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to work as an integral member of the team
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex, dynamic environment
- Ability to obtain a TS / SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualification:
- Experience with the federal government, the Intelligence Community ( IC ) , the Department of Defense ( DoD ) , or FEDSIM programs
- Experience with federal government contracting
- Experience with finan cia l forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations ( FARs ) , federal budget process, and funds management
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent analytical and critical thi nk ing skills
- Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
