The Opportunity:

As a member of the Finan cia l Operations team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including invoice, supplier, and employee payable processing, project analysis and reconciliation, collections assistance, and document retention. You will prepare monthly invoices and monitor, reconcile, and report on unbilled balances. You will communicate and corresp ond directly with internal and external clients regarding invoicing and payable inquiries.

You Have:

• Experience with using te chn ologies including Micro sof t Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Ability to deliver quality customer service effectively and efficiently
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail when verifying accuracy of information such as data entries, documents, and reports
• Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, summarize it appropriately
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Nice to Have:

• Experience with managing multiple deliverables efficiently with a meticulous and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to be a team player, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Scheduled to obtain an Asso cia te's or Bachelor's degree by Summer 2026

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $42,600.00 to $87,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
