Overview:
The Systems Operations Administrator reports to the Systems Operations Program Manager and performs specialized systems administrative functions in support of an enterprise integrated security management system and provides customer support services to system users, employees, and visitors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Process applicants for ID cards
- Process ID card applications
- Perform quality control checks
- Process access control requests
- Prepare custom system generated reports
- Prepare advance status reports
- Provide advance level customer service support
- Provide advance training
- Update files
- Identify and resolve complex ID card problems
- Identify and resolve moderately access control problems
- Performs advance programming tasks in the integrated security management system
- Provides limited supervision and oversight of contract personnel
- Plans, organizes, and implements tasks for special projects
- Develops draft standard operating procedures
- Prepares status briefs for USG supervisors
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Provides limited supervision and oversight of contract personnel
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 3 Years of general customer service experience
- 3 Years of clerical and data entry experience or 2 Years of college coursework (60 credit hours)
- 2 Years of operating / programming integrated security management systems experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Applications/Programs
- Good typing skills (30 WPM)
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to perform work with no supervision
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Business casual attire

Security Clearance:
- Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
