The Test Equipment Engineering (TEE) team is responsible for the design and development of test equipment hardware and software to support a wide range of products for RF, EW, Communications and EO sensors. This position would be part of a multi-discipline team consisting of electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, and test software engineers working together to deliver complex technical solutions.

What You Will Do

• Develop test software to exercise and analyze deliverable product
• Other responsibilities are to support conceptual and detailed design of test positions and test adapters as well as integration and post-delivery support of these test systems

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience in applied and/or academic programming languages such as C#, C++, JAVA
• Experience in working within a team environment

Qualifications We Prefer

• Previous internship experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
• Emphasis in college courses in Electromagnetics including Microwave Theory and/or Antenna Design
• Experience with programming languages including Matlab and National Instruments LabView
• Have strong technical aptitude as shown by strong grades or hands-on lab experience
• Be a hands-on person with ability to work with production equipment

The salary range for this role is 49,000 USD - 95,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
