Our team has an immediate need for a Technical Training Consultant to support a new mobile training initiative to teach shipboard network administrators the skills necessary to perform day-to-day duties. Primary responsibilities include:
• Consult with leadership to design, implement, and maintain mobile training materials and programs
• Conduct a needs evaluation to inform the design and development of curriculum and other training materials to meet the needs of shipboard network administrators
• Analyze existing curriculum and training methodologies for effectiveness and provide feedback on ways to enhance or replace each
• Assist in creating, modifying, or updating training curriculum for mobile delivery to shipboard network administrators
• Create graphics, visuals, and other content to support content delivery

Job Requirements
• Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with IAWF DoD 8570.01M, and be able to get appropriate Computing Environment certification within 6 months of hire
• Must have 5 years or more of progressive experience as a technical training consultant, technical trainer, or training analyst
• May occasionally travel to ships, some of which are in shipyard environments and require PPE
