Bryn Neil is looking for an Open Mission Systems Tech Lead to support a strategic aircraft program. As a Tech Lead, you will interface with internal software developers and 3rd party partners to ensure we deliver a quality OMS solution to meet customer requirements.
- 8+ years experience as a software engineer (preferred) or systems engineer working DoD programs
- 5+ years recent experience with Open Mission Systems (OMS)
- DoD TS clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
-Well versed in OMS compliance levels and certification requirements for those levels
-Well versed in OMS architecture and following components: Abstract Service Bus (ASB), Critical Abstraction Layer (CAL), Isolators, Open Compute Environment for fielding applications

- Experience with Open Architectures and MOSA
- Software development experience implementing OMS components
