Statement of Status: eTRANSERVICES has submitted a bid and is currently awaiting award notification. While the position has not yet been officially confirmed, we are actively preparing to fill the role once the bid is awarded. We are seeking qualified candidates for Service Desk/ Help Desk Support. This job is contingent upon the bid being awarded. Upon award, this is a 5-year contract and starts in March 2025.
Place of performance: Onsite JBLM- Yakima, Washington
Experience with both servers and workstations, leading a large complex help desk/system administration function.
Preferred to have maintained DoD Cyber Workforce (DCWF) baseline
Min 5 years support desk experience required
Not mandatory but preferred:
Computing environment certifications IAW DoDM 8570.01 and DoDM 8140.03 specified in the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS).
