Position Overview:

Analytic Services Inc. (ANSER) is seeking a Joint Military Trainer to help clients drive alignment with their business, improve organizational and human resource performance and establish a culture focused on adding business value. In this Joint Military Trainer role, you will help clients through critical and complex issues.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the observation and evaluation of exercise and training objectives for the Department of Defense (DoD) and its subordinate battle staffs.
  • Conduct training assessments of joint functional areas in the DoD.
  • Work with appropriate headquarters staff members, documenting training outcomes, and ensuring inputs to exercise summary reports and databases.
  • Attend battle rhythm events as required and represent equities in these events.
  • Attend planning and training events for operations, representing Joint Training and Analysis equities.
  • Deliver briefs regarding Joint Training and Analysis equities.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • 3+ years of related experience

Pay Information:

Full Time Salary Range $102,000 to $170,000 US. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations, local market, internal equity, candidate qualifications such as skills, education and experience.
