Adobe Experience Manager Specialist

The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Specialist. This position is a Hybrid role, located in Washington, DC. The qualified applicant will become part of the TPG team supporting the Department of State (DOS),

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and configure Adobe Experience Manager to support web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with design, marketing, and IT teams to implement and enhance digital content.

Monitor and optimize user experience and site performance.

Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, and workflows.

Ensure compliance with web standards and best practices.

Provide technical guidance and support for AEM users and stakeholders.

Conduct regular site audits and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager.

Strong understanding of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with AEM workflows, templates, and components.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
