General Summary:
Precision Talent Solutions is supporting a government services contractor to identify a Senior.
Director of Capture/Business Development to grow an Intel-focused O&M and facilities business
line. This position will report to the General Manager responsible for multiple contracts or
programs, CONUS and OCONUS.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, research, and analyze business opportunities, consistent with the organization's
long-range and strategic plans.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new client contacts.
• Manage and execute the full BD life-cycle process across multiple simultaneous pursuits
and proposals.
• Understand customer's requirements, issues, and needs during the pursuit and capture
phases.
• Work with leadership to identify potential for on-contract growth.
• Build portfolio through the development of new client relationships and maintaining current
clients.
• Work closely with the GM to develop a culture of excellence through leadership and
accountability.
• Provide mentorship to business development assets through strong business acumen
and focus.
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of Capture Management/Business Development experience supporting
facilities maintenance and/or O&M services to federal clients.
• Proven experience shaping, bidding, and winning opportunities.
• Proven experience creating and vetting a business development pipeline.
• Degree from an accredited university. Relevant experience can be substituted for a degree.
• Active participation in relevant industry associations.
• TS/SCI FSP clearance.
