RMF Project Manager Level 4 will have the opportunity to build strong lines of cyber defense using cutting-edge technologies. Your work in cyber security will have an impact on securing our clients' missions and ensuring we anticipate the threats of tomorrow. As a RMF Project Manager you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Responsible for strengthening the defensive posture and cyber defense operational readiness of an IT Enterprise, our program defends and protects Government assets from external Cyber Security attacks and Insider Threats that can potentially cause or create data, systems, networks, and personnel vulnerabilities. The RMF Project Manager will serve as a Cybersecurity / Vulnerability Report Lead on the contract.

- Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or tasks.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Responsible for scope, cost, schedule, and performance of assigned project or task(s).
- Manages or directs resources required to perform assigned project or task(s).
- Provides technical, administrative, and operational management of assigned project or tasks, including contract and subcontractor management.
- Typically supervises assigned staff, may include subordinate supervisors.
- Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, and task order and administrative reporting.
- May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
- Manages risk tracking process.
- Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
- Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required.
How a Cyber RMF Project Manager will make a Impact:
- Pull specific fix action or details for vulnerabilities in support of remediation
- Provide reporting support for CCRIs and other inspections
- Provide input for reporting required by Governance and Oversight (e.g. FISMA, KISSI, FISCAM, etc.)
- Assist with the generation of senior level briefings for cyber security metrics.
- Provide reports containing orders information, and metrics for leadership and submission to other commands
- Monitor US Cyber Command for IAVM releases and IC-SCC for ICVM releases
- Report IAVM compliance to DISA via email on a weekly basis
- Monitor US Cyber Command for order releases (i.e. OPORDs, TASKORDs, WARNORDs, DEPORDs, PLANORDs)
- Notify Cyber Security leadership of Order and begin identifying the appropriate action officers
- Submit service tickets depending on leadership guidance.
Education and Experience:
- HSD/GED+12yrs

- Bachelors+8yrsMasters+6yrsPhD+4yrs
- NOTE: Relevant professional certifications will be considered equivalent to six (6) months of relevant experience.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
