Clark Creative Solutions is looking for a Senior Consultant III to support a newly awarded program in Edgewood, MD. The objective of this position is to advise, and support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological and Defense (JPEO-CBRND) and Joint Program Management (JPM) with developing acquisition strategy and preparing for acquisition review boards.

Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to our clients. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping project strategies, leading teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Duties

Advise, and support the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological and Defense (JPEO-CBRND) and Joint Program Management (JPM) with developing acquisition strategy and preparing for acquisition review boards.
Advise and provide guidance on acquisition strategy development process by recommending and analyzing various acquisition options, and alternatives.
Advise, support and draft program milestone-related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD 5000 series directives.
Advise and support the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Requirements Documents (ARP), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract awards etc.
Participate in Milestone reviews.
Provide analytical and technical expertise on all contractual matters under the FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and other applicable policy, laws, and statues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on complex projects.
Qualifications

Master Degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 20 years of experience in DoD/Government Contracting (1102 series)
Minimum of 10 years in a Senior level Contracting position,
Minimum of 10 years working with DoD contracts at the Systems level (DoD 5000)
DAWIA level III certified
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing project teams effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $102,657.00 - $109,265.00 per year
