SAVA is in search of an IT professional to join our family as a Customer Technical Support Analyst III supporting the Coast Guard in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve computer, software and network problems.
  • Define and enhance computer applications used.
  • Test and integrates programs.
  • Use automated information systems to analyze and resolve technical issue.
  • Interact with other team members such as network services, software engineering, and/or applications development to restore services and/or identify and correct the problem.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Active IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+).
  • High School Diploma.
  • 3 years of relevant IT experience.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Experience maintaining configuration management data and documentation.
  • Experience Troubleshooting and resolving network, computer and software problems.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
