Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve computer, software and network problems.
- Define and enhance computer applications used.
- Test and integrates programs.
- Use automated information systems to analyze and resolve technical issue.
- Interact with other team members such as network services, software engineering, and/or applications development to restore services and/or identify and correct the problem.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- Active IAT Level II certification (e.g. Security+).
- High School Diploma.
- 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments.
- Experience maintaining configuration management data and documentation.
- Experience Troubleshooting and resolving network, computer and software problems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
