Summary:
● Seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a focus on data flow and UI development to support a web-based tool utilized by mission analysts.
Qualifications & Compensation:
● 3+ years of experience required; Compensation: $207,360 per year.
● Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Job Description:
● Contribute to the development and continual improvement of a mature software system, including code, diagrams, and tests.
● Leverage development and design patterns to ensure the product’s scalability, maintainability, and long-term success.
● Work with API-driven microservices, NoSQL databases, and data ingest tools like Apache NiFi.
● Develop and maintain Spring Boot REST APIs, modern JavaScript frameworks (VueJS, React, Angular), and web tools supporting data flow.
● Utilize Git, Maven, and a Linux development environment.
● Collaborate within a structured 10-14 person development team.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, Graph DB, etc.).
● Data wrangling with Apache NiFi or similar tools.
● CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins), Junit testing.
● Scripting experience in Bash, Python, and/or Groovy.
