A1C Partners is seeking a highly motivated, career and customer oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our team in support of the Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
Job Description and Qualifications:
• Have extensive knowledge and experience in obtaining, integrating and reporting client data.
• Develop and apply analytic methodologies and principles, including data mining, text analytics, business intelligence, modeling data, qualitative, quantitative, and data visualization, in support of ongoing initiatives.
• Have data analysis experience and assist in the application of analytic techniques and provide recommendations for objective and strategic direction.
• Assist in resolving complex problems which require in-depth knowledge of analytic methodologies and principles.
• Assist in analyzing acquisition data and formulate recommendations. Design and develop materials, evaluating the effectiveness in accordance with stated Guidelines, Directives, Standard Operating Procedures, specifications and models.
• Assist in conducting research, data gathering and technical reviews.
• Produce written deliverables to include reports, spreadsheets, databases, formal process, mapping, technical design and system testing and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with the Administrative Analysts to support the mission.
• Utilize MS Office products, to include Project and all other applications provided by the Government.
Preferred Experience:
• 1-3 years of years’ experience in the Data Analyst field.
• Written and verbal communication skills that have led to the ability to write for various audiences and differing perspectives.
Clearance Requirement:
• Current TS/SCI is required. Current DHS CBP Background Investigation strongly preferred.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
