Bennett Aerospace Inc. , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Senior Aquisition Analyst.
Position Responsibilities:
The Senior Aquisition Analysr is responsible to apply analytical techniques in evaluating program and project objectives. Experience with analyzing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules, as well as coordinating SBIR/STTR activities to support NAVSEA SBIR/STTR Technology Managers is required. Must demonstrate management qualifications, technical, or business case analyses and participation in or supporting NAVSEA SBIR/STTR program or project teams. Must possess knowledge of collecting, organizing, and interpreting data related to SBIR/STTR and R&D acquisition and product programs, tracking program and project status and schedules, and applying government-established processes for documentation, change control management, and data management. Experience with development of Procurement Initiation Packages and contribution to project teams is highly recommended. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or equivalent is required, along with at least four (4) years of experience in management, technical, or business analysis disciplines is highly recommended. Must obtain experience in analyzing program and project status and providing documentation to support these efforts is essential.

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or equivalent.
- At least ten (10) years of professional experience in DoD or component-level R&D acquisition, two (2) years of which must have been in the previous five (5) years, in support of DoD or component SBIR/STTR Programs.
- Must have experience in analyzing DoD SBIR/STTR program/project status and providing documentation to support projects/programs.
- In addition, must obtain demonstrated experience with DoD SBIR/STTR Program outreach and transition activities.
- Experienced with DoD SBIR/STTR Program coordination across participants, implementation of Program requirements, and financial and R&D contractual management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including demonstrated ability to produce concise and properly edited products that clearly and logically convey complex information and ideas.
