ManTech is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Senior Enterprise Architect that is responsible for driving mission success as a technical leader. supervising multiple, concurrent projects that are part of large-scale software engineering, IT transformation, and enterprise-wide IT process-improvement activities. This position is located onsite in Washington D.C.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design to include the application systems, software, hardware, and cloud services (AWS and Azure) to support the overall program and systems requirements - operating using Agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) methodologies and DevSecOps.
- As a member of program leadership, lead and support the usage of Agile, DevSecOps, NIST and other industry best practices across the program.
- Identify, propose and present current and emerging technology concepts that will bring value to the program and the customer and their goals.
- Conduct design workshops with multiple stakeholders.
- Develop strategic visionary plans / roadmaps for architecture, engineering, cloud, and integration to include emerging technologies.
- Identify risks and develop impact analysis to technology, business objectives and schedule.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership on a program of 100+ team members supporting enterprise applications, systems, networks, databases, identity management, infrastructure, security, and cloud.
- Provide thought leadership on the design, development, implementation, and management of mission essential and critical systems and services.
- Lead the development and delivery of architectural diagrams for consumption by executives, program leads, and technical personnel.
- Ensure architectural efforts consider and/or meet requirements in areas including security, capacity, and high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Collaborate with Program leadership on the development of knowledge/training programs that enhance team members' knowledge of architectural concepts and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline
- Ten or more (10+) years of experience with five or more (5+) years' experience as a senior enterprise architect supporting large complex programs (50+ systems) and using cloud services (either Azure or AWS).
- Two or more (2+)years' experience using SAFe, Scrum, and DevSecOps.
- Hands on experience with enterprise systems leveraging containerization, micro-services, low code/no code and hybrid-cloud solutions.
- Must have an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Apex platform or an equivalent low code/ no code platform.
- Experience with FinOps or FinOps certification.
Security Clearance Requirements:
- Must have a Current/Active Top Secret Security Clearance prior to start.
