Lead Pega Software/System Architect
Location: Austin, TX
Description:
Seeking a highly experienced Pega Software/System Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Pega-based solutions that facilitate seamless business process management and integration within our organization and with our partners. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega technologies, architecture principles, and best practices, as well as strong technical and analytical skills to ensure the efficient integration of business processes.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement scalable, robust Pega architectures that support business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate Pega systems with various enterprise applications, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
• Lead the development of Pega solutions, utilizing tools such as Pega Infinity and Pega Deployment Manager for process automation and deployment management.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to Pega development teams, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of Pega processes, system configurations, and integration workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Pega technologies and frameworks, including Pega Infinity and Pega Platform.
• Relevant certifications in Pega, such as Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for managing project execution, such as SCRUM or DevSecOps.
• Experience ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards, including Section 508 accessibility and VA security requirements.
• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation and regular progress reports.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
Education and Experience:
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in software architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in Pega architecture, development, and integration.
