TITLE: Software Engineer with Active Top Secret clearance
CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret Clearance
LOCATION: ONSITE in San Jose CA 95134 (no relocation package)
RATE RANGE: $65/hr - $80/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract)

GeoLogics is currently seeking a Software Engineer for a San Jose, CA location.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a Software Engineer, you'll perform software requirements analysis, participate in research and design, and develop and test software and tools. From inventing new products or enhancing existing applications, your talent will be front and center.
REQUIREMENTS
Active TS
Qt/C++
RDBMS (relational database management system)
User Interface development
Containerization
Ability to lead the software development process
Expertise in applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges in creative ways
Collaborative team player eager to provide technical leadership and positioning others for success
Thorough knowledge of technology trends and willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements
Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
Agile experience preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience.
