JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure and ingest structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data to support mission needs and analytics pipelines
Manage data transfers while ensuring infrastructure security and system health monitoring
Automate configuration management and stay current on ETL technologies
Optimize architecture through automation, cost reduction, and right-sizing
Utilize data engineering technologies, databases, and cloud architecture to maintain environments programmatically
Collaborate across teams to prototype, design, test, and deploy innovative solutions.
Develop scalable and efficient coding solutions
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Big Data systems that include Apache Spark/Databricks
-5-7 years with Bachelors
-3 years with Masters
Experience with ELT processes, AWS, Microsoft Azure or MilCloud 2.0
Direct work applying DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and process automation
Significant experience with multiple coding languages
Experience engineering data pipelines across multiple security domains / classified networks
Experience Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI systems or software architecture

Experience with Advana
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree (or Master's degree plus 3 years of required experience)
Active TS Clearance/SCI eligibility
Ability to commute to Falls Church 2-3 days per week
