Strategic Analysis, Inc, (SA) is actively looking for a driven and talented professional to support DoD's premier research agency, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), whose mission is to make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security.

The individual will provide technical and administrative support to the DARPA Biological Technologies Office (BTO) and should have some experience supporting R&D or S&T portfolios. The successful applicant will be responsible for creating technical documents that explain complex ideas to a variety of audiences in a clear and concise manner. Support will also include designing, organizing, writing and editing technical documents, researching and documenting new and emerging biological technologies, and working with BTO leadership and Program Managers to ensure consistency of message across multiple briefs and documents.

Examples of work product include:

-Responses to inquiries from DOD Components, Congress and interested stakeholders.
-PowerPoint slide decks, technical briefs, and program descriptions. Expert PowerPoint skills are required. Successful candidate must be able to analyze documents to maintain continuity of style and content and manage updates and revisions to a comprehensive electronic library of technical documentation.

Required skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position
- Excellent prioritization and time management
- Ability to work in a team environment is essential

Candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in a biological, chemical, or related field. Secret clearance required, with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Position requires onsite work at DARPA.
