You and the team will assist the G-7 Directorate in Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) areas, Test and Evaluation (T&E), Data Literacy and modernization/innovation. As Senior Intelligence Program Manager / Senior Advisor you will focus on multi-domain operations (MDO) and intelligence program management at the national level. We are looking for experienced professionals with deep expertise in intelligence disciplines and proven program management capabilities.

Responsibilities
Strategic Modernization Leadership
- Provide executive-level consultation and subject matter expertise across INSCOM organization and inter-departmental technical groups
- Support development and coordination of Strategic Plans, Army Campaign Plans, and Army Intelligence Master Plans
- Guide organizational structure development, manpower reporting, and Program Objective Memorandum
- Lead the development of acquisition packets and oversee Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRCs) proof of concept pilots
Technology Engagement and Innovation
- Direct industry and Intelligence Community engagement to identify technical solutions for INSCOM Capability Gaps
- Oversee the production of technical documentation, processes, and procedures for technology assessment
- Facilitate DoD/IC synchronization technical exchange meetings, briefings, and demonstrations
- Lead system design and engineering documentation efforts in accordance with DoD, Army, and IC directives
- Manage proof of concept pilots for potential INSCOM Quick Reaction Capabilities
Program Management
- Monitor and manage overall contract performance and ensure compliance with PWS requirements
- Serve as primary point of contact for contract matters during business hours (0730-1630, Monday-Friday)
- Coordinate with COR and Directorate leadership to maintain project alignment and resolve issues
- Develop strategic solutions for operational challenges using critical and creative thinking
- Lead knowledge management initiatives and modernization efforts
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- MA or MS with at least 15 years' experience in management of programs and projects "OR" a BA or BS with at least 20 years' experience in management of programs and projects.
- Depending on the level of degree. Fifteen years of military or civilian intelligence experience at the national, operational, or tactical level in one of the intelligence disciplines:
- Signals Intelligence
- Geospatial Intelligence
- Human Intelligence
- Counterintelligence
- Open Source Intelligence All Source Analysis
- Collection Management
- Multi-Domain Operations (MDO)
- Ten years' experience leading or advising on intelligence modernization and/or innovation; defining objectives and deliverables, identifying key stakeholders, and building relationships including industry and military leadership.
Preferred:
- Ten years' experience planning and executing In Progress Reviews, Operational Planning Team Meetings, and other synchronization/coordination meetings in support of complex projects requiring cross staff and/or multi agency interaction
