Description: TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the single point-of-contact to oversee resources and act as a point of escalation. This role involves providing executive-level service governance, managing risks throughout the project lifecycle, and ensuring overall engagement process and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the single point-of-contact for overseeing resources and handling escalations.
• Provide executive-level service governance and facilitate overall engagement process and satisfaction.
• Manage risk throughout each project lifecycle.
• Responsible for management and tracking of tasks and activities.
• Oversee program operations with weekly cross-collaboration across key stakeholders.
• Define, architect, evolve, and optimize program and product workflow and efficiencies.
• Manage ongoing resource activities including candidate selection, screening, hiring, onboarding, capacity, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications:
• Helpdesk/Desktop support experience in a Windows environment.
• Polygraph level clearance required.
• A+ Certification and Security+ Certification are highly desirable.
