Work you'll do:
As a Pega Lead Systems Architect, your responsibilities include engaging with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document BPM application requirements, building trusting relationships, and guiding them on adopting the best solutions. You will translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories, act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams and develop and optimize business process workflows and rules. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals, create and maintain comprehensive documentation, assist in developing test plans and test cases, provide training and support on Pega applications, coach and mentor junior business architects, and assist in defect triaging and clarifying requirements for developers and testers.

Qualifications :
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with the Pega Systems platform and/or other relevant low code/no code configuration, development and implementation
- Must have an active Pega Certification (PLSA)
- 5+ years of experience participating in large-scale, full-life cycle Integration implementations (including cloud integration solutions
- 5+ years of experience participating in Agile software delivery, preferably SAFe
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Ability to travel 10% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
- Expected to co-locate in your designated office/USDC location up to 30% of the time
- Must live in a commutable distance to or be willing to relocate to one of the following Delivery locations: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance or above is required.
