In this job you will be working in a team to maintain, adjust, and configure GPO's.

Day to Day:
  • Respond, research, and troubleshoot incident tickets and address system anomalies
  • Review security scans and remediate findings via the GPOs
  • Create and implement Group Policy Objects to manage and enforce security settings, software installations, and user experience across the enterprise
  • Configure GPOs to control user and computer settings, such as password policies, account lockout policies, and software restrictions
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
  • Configure group policy preferences to manage user and computer settings suck as mapped drives, printers, and registry settings
  • Develop and implement GPO risk mitigation:
    • Document new GPO policy changes to include referencing JIRAs, CHG requests or incident numbers
    • Coordinate changes and outages with Operations team
    • Collaborate with other engineers on policy and compliance efforts

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • This career requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 10 years experience in IT.
  • Detail oriented and methodical
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows O/S
  • In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel


  • Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Masters in programming, computer science or related field
  • Certifications in
  • Windows O/S
  • Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Micrsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Preferred Experience in:
  • Experience with Micrsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
  • Experience in Windows Registry
  • Experience with ServiceNow


  • Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
