Mission Systems Technical Engineer, Lead

Critical support personnel facilitate the design, evaluation, testing, and documentation of new capabilities that deliver accurate, timely, and relevant feedback to our clients and industry partners. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- Experience implementing defined testing and demonstration activities for mission systems
- Experience designing, developing, and evaluating test criteria for new sof tware and hardware, including support for regression and enhancement
- Knowledge of operational readiness demonstrations and plans
- Ability to support and document test procedures in accordance with client requirements
- Ability to support 24/7 operations as needed by staffing shortages or client direction
- Ability to obtain timely medical and psychological clearance
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with local site personnel, processes, and procedures
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience in systems engineering, system administration, or mission te chn ical support within an operations environment, or Master's degree and 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, system administration, or mission te chn ical support within an operations environment
