Project Control Analyst, Senior
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed finan cia l and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals. Prepare budget s for the firm, authorize budget expenditures as needed, and provide work leadership to junior employees as needed. Perform detailed finan cia l and program control activities, including budget ing, reporting, estimating, and analysis for large and complex programs, organizations, and proposals for full contract lifecycle support. Participate in budget preparation, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. Prepare the cost-to-complete, including supporting estimates and contract deliverables, resp ond to contract and program data calls, and participate in contract terms and c ond itions and statement of work reviews. Prepare detailed finan cia l program management reviews and provide status of key performance metrics. Anticipate and resp ond to customer needs, serve as a primary point of contact for customers as needed, and recommend and develop te chn iques for estimating parameters for proposals.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with finan cia l management or in a finan cia l program control environment
- Knowledge of Micro sof t Excel, including using formulas and functions in calculation and analysis and macros and advanced formulas and their use in a finan cia l tracking, analysis, and reporting environment
- Ability to accomplish finan cia l forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends
- Ability to thi nk analytically and c ond uct trend analysis
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with government contracting
- Experience with finan cia l modeling, including funding analyses and cost and revenue projections
- Experience with proposal support, including resp ond ing to RFPs and supporting cost volume development for competitive procurements
- Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, summarize it appropriately, and read and interpret contractual requirements
- Possession of excellent leadership skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
