Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Senior Analyst

We are looking for a highly talented Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Senior Analyst to join our team and make an impact in enhancing the Missile Defense System (MDS) capabilities.

As a Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Senior Analyst, you will provide Missile Defense Agency (MDA) systems analysis expertise, supporting the development of new capabilities to accurately identify lethal objects. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary, multi-source/industry team to improve the MDA's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities, ensuring the effective performance of Missile Defense Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a diverse, multi-disciplinary team to analyze and refine MDA systems capabilities.
• Provide technical analysis, management, and scientific support to MDA's Counter-Countermeasures and Discrimination Directorate.
• Develop and formulate strategic options for improving Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities.
• Support systems engineering analysis, including development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedules.
• Perform technical performance assessments, including risk analysis and mitigation development.
• Collaborate across various teams to ensure effective integration of technologies and capabilities within MDA systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: MS/MA degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or BS/BA with 20+ years of experience in lieu of the MS/MA degree.
• Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience: Proven experience in systems engineering analysis, process management, and technical assessments.
• Skills: Strong understanding of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, integrated scheduling, and technical performance assessments.

Desired Qualifications:

• Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Expertise: Knowledge of MDA systems engineering processes and missile defense systems.
