SOSi is currently seeking a Cybersecurity Senior SME to lead compliance across the mission and all IA/CND compliance activity.
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for performing and leading support of Certification and Accreditation (C&A) or other IA/CND Compliance and Auditing processes and inspections for all enterprise systems and networks.
- Ensures validity and accuracy review of all associated documentation.
- Leads and performs compliance reviews of computer security plans, performs risk assessments, and validates and performs security test evaluations and audits.
- Analyzes and defines security requirements for information protection for enterprise systems and networks.
- Assists in the development of security policies.
- Analyzes the sensitivity of information and performs vulnerability and risk assessments on the basis of defined sensitivity and information flow.
- Participate in special projects as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Active in scope SECRET w/T5 clearance
- BA/BS +8 years of experience similar in size, scope, and complexity or AA/AS +10 or HS diploma +12
- Must meet DoD 8140 DCWF 722 requirements (4C-FA26A or M09CHN1 or A-531-0009 or A-531-0045 or (ACQ 160 + ISA 220) or CISM or CISSO or FITSP-M or GCIA or GCSA or GCIH or GSLC or GICSP or CISSP-ISSMP or CISSP) OR Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) certification
- ITIL v3 or higher certification w/in 90 days of contract start date or hire.
- Knowledgeable in the mission and operational requirements of the U.S. Army
- Demonstrated understanding of U.S. Army IT operational and technical requirements and an advanced understanding of U.S. Army IT applications and network systems
- Expertise in complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communications subsystems
- Must be willing to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends, as necessary
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, National Security Strategy, or a related field
- ITIL 4 certification

- May require periods of non-traditional working hours including consecutive nights or weekends
