Immediate opportunity to join our team on a product development initiative with our client in the Defense industry.
This is a long-term contract position that will be onsite at our facility in San Diego, CA with a 9/80 schedule. You can expect competitive pay with healthcare available through ePeak. Security Clearance is not required for this role.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an Electrical Engineering Lead for the development of a mixed-signal RF telemetry system in San Diego. You will responsible for leading a team of engineers as well as interfacing with clients to gather technical requirements and design specifications. Additionally, you will review project budgets, drive delivery schedules, and provide status reports to business leadership. Prior experience with radio telemetry and mixed-signal radio receivers is preferred but not required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a state-of-the-art communication system development initiative.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience leading electrical and mechanical engineering groups is required
• Combination of RF circuitry, mixed-signal, or power engineering product development experience is required
• Experience liaising with business and client leadership to provide updates on delivery schedule, new requirements, and project budget is required
• Experience with Earned Value Management System reports for project performance
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or RCCA certifications are strongly preferred, but not required
Effective written and verbal communication skills are absolutely required for this role. You must be able to work LEGALLY in the United States as NO SPONSORSHIP will be provided. NO 3rd PARTIES.
