IT Project Manager

The right candidate will have the ability to provide oversight to multiple application teams, communicate effectively, collaborate with development teams, and build client relationships.
As an IT Project Manager on our team, you will have the right mix of management and te chn ical skills to help successfully deliver cross-functional digital innovation. You will have exceptional organizational, project management, and te chn ical acumen. You will work in tandem with the Deputy Program Manager and Program Manager to provide oversight and accountability for various tasks related to the delivery, management, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise applications to include ServiceNow and SharePoint or PowerApps. You will maintain responsibility for client deliverables, scheduling, and determining and acquiring needed resources. You will assist with maintaining awareness of the entire enterprise applications program scope and keeping awareness of deadlines to ensure on-time delivery. You will be empowered to assist with leading a large team that includes but is not limited to requirement analysts, communication analysts, process engineers, and configuration analysts. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 5+ years of experience with IT project management and using Scrum to lead digital transformation, sof tware development, or knowledge management projects
- 2+ years of experience leading digital transformation efforts using low-code / no-code platforms such as ServiceNow, M365, SharePoint, or PowerApps
- Knowledge of Cloud and DevOps transformation efforts such as Azure and AWS
- Ability to plan strategies, create and track strategy implementation, track plans, activities, and milestones, coordinate activities and deliverables across the program team members, and report to executive leadership
- Ability to develop status reports, analyze and manage project risks or issues, manage client's expectations by performing quality assurance on all deliverables, manage customer or stakeholder relationships, and track deliverable development and sign-off
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with the Navy
- Experience with ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, or APM / SPM
- Experience with M365 and SharePoint or PowerApps
- Certified Scrum Master Certification
- Security+ or similar Certification
- Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification
