Salary: $135,000-160,000

Background:
We are seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow developer/maintainer to provide operational services to the Intelligence Community. This individual will join an innovative team supporting mission critical/mission essential activities.

For Senior-level, Master's degree plus 4 years' experience, Bachelor's degree plus 6 years' experience, Associate's degree plus 8 years' experience, or a minimum of 8 years' in a relevant field.

- Providing recommendations to Client regarding ServiceNow best practice, workflow automation, and usability
- Monitoring System health and compliance with ServiceNow
- Creating and configuring Client Scripts, Business Rules, ACLs, etc.
- Coordinating application and platform upgrades
- Loading, manipulating, and maintaining data on ServiceNow
- Providing support for 3rd party data integrations
- Creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards
- Creating, building, and maintaining ServiceNow Applications
- Providing recommendations and design in support for custom UX/UI development
Required Qualifications:
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow development, software installation and configuration, and system performance monitoring and tuning
- Working knowledge and experience with ServiceNow Scoped application development
Desired Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, client scripts, or data visualization (reports, performance analytics, UI Builder widgets)
- Working knowledge in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), JavaScript, Extensible Markup Language (XML), and JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
- Working knowledge of Database administration (DB2, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.)
