Dine Development Corporation (DDC) is seeking a Engineering Lead for a potential contract award working from Arlington, VA. *This position will be contingent upon contract award expected April 2025*
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all technical design efforts related to implementing or improving ARNG NCR IT services and support
- Analyze, evaluate, and plan methods of approach to provide solutions
- Responsible for multiple teams engaged in the technical design and engineering functions
- Oversee the design of both new and existing IT modernization, expansion, and improvement projects
- Provide engineering support for all changes to the ARNG NCR IT infrastructure and its service offerings. This support includes technical activities as well as establishing priorities
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant IT/Business/Cyber/Engineering field
- Active Secret clearance required
- Minimum of five years of experience designing and optimizing a VDI environment similar to that of the current ARNG NCR environment
- Minimum of five years of experience engineering solutions that provide operational efficiencies and TCO improvements
- IAT Level III or IAM Level III certified
- ITIL Foundation Level Certification
