Mid-Level Enhancement Specialist Storytellercollaborates across working teams, customers and stakeholders to capture, document, and institutionalize workflows and business processes as well as mission equities into standard operation procedures, concept of operations documents, technical requirements, and supporting visuals. Produce engineering roadmaps; integration plans and milestones, test and acceptance documentation, and transition activities (i.e. capability documents, standard operation procedures, and on the job training manuals). Draft and finalize model-based systems engineering Operational View (OV) and System View (SV) documents along with supporting visuals for organization capabilities from information provided by the appropriate group. Conduct research and best practice reviews to provide technical support on business processes for gathering, analyzing, defining, validating, and documenting requirements. Provide support for emerging requirements as assigned by the Government.

Mid-Level:

Implementing/Leading, ushering and executing tasks. These are positions that exhibit technical

proficiency in the work and should be expected to work with minimal oversight and often lead

smaller teams in their service execution. Should be fully capable of meeting most services

without direction. Work products should demonstrate consistent high quality tradecraft

application. Expected to assist lower level personnel in developing tradecraft skill in order to

meet work objectives. Expected to collaborate with Government and other stakeholders in the

performance of services. Such collaboration should provide accurate technical information that

contributes to synergized analysis that is better than the sum of the individual parts.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in common geospatial software applications and tools, such as MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, JIRA.


Education and Experience:
  • High School Degree
  • Some college experience
  • Minimum 3 years combined experience.


Security Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
