Responsibilities
Your combination of people skills and system administrator knowledge makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. What if you could use those skills to improve the technology supporting the Intelligence Community? We're looking for a system administrator with a background in system design and maintenance to help us modernize our nation's security infrastructure.
As a system administrator on our team, you'll constantly look for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies. You'll help clients overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and articulate their meaning.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,143.26 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,143.26 /year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of full paid medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Qualifications
You Have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT support role
- Experience with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS and server administration
- Experience with network protocols such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, or VPNs
- Experience with system virtualization such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions, disaster recovery planning, and system monitoring
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate administrative tasks
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS Diploma or GED
Nice if You Have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT support role
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Bachelor's degree
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, CompTIA Network+, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
