Key Responsibilities:
Provide first response to technical issues as a Level 1 Help Desk Technician.
Gather necessary information and respond to customer inquiries via email and ticket-based software support systems.
Recreate and diagnose issues reported by clients to ensure accurate resolutions.
Triage, track, and correctly route support and user requests across the team.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve problems and find effective solutions.
Coordinate/manage customer contact for product and user issues across a global user base.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience providing customer support, preferably on complex software platforms.
Strong proactive communication skills with a consistent execution.
Experience working with analytical software platforms and using large-scale data to solve business problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
High understanding of business processes and an active Secret Security clearance.
