Project Coordinator (Senior – Bachelor’s plus 8 years of experience)
Location: Chantilly (PC)
Consults with portfolio, program and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks. Develops, implements, and maintains an effective scheduling management system. Coordinates project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. Monitors portfolio, program or project timelines and deadlines. Identifies potential schedule delays and facilitates interventions. Evaluates performance prepares project progress reports. Participates in design meetings. Works with managers to create comprehensive action plans concerning resources, budgets, and timeframes. Keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines. Manages project-related paperwork. Requires medium to advanced knowledge of project scheduling tools (MS Project). ServiceNow and JIRA experience/knowledge is needed.
