PWS Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Washington DC

Clearance Type: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Oversee the development and execution of programs and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of contractual items under the contract terms and conditions.
• Serve as point of contact with client, and performs day-to-day management of contract execution, possibly involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, on a single project.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports demonstrating project progress and delegates responsibilities to subordinates and oversee successful contract/task order completion.
• Ensure senior level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status, including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of management experience
• Four (4) years as a primary scheduler utilizing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for major projects.
• Ten (10) years of total experience related to requirements generation.
• Documented experience performing integrated master scheduling (IMS) on multi-mission dollar acquisition efforts.
• Experience in the acquisition process and strategic document management.
• Experience managing complex teams.
• Proficient user of MS Office Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Proficient in program development and strategic advisory
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant or related field (e.g., Master of Project Management or Master of Business Administration)
• Professional certification (e.g., CPT, PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt)
