The Swift Group is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to perform a variety of engineering analyses, software and hardware development, integration, testing, maintenance tasks, and support duties. The ideal candidate will support Azure infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and integrate new capabilities. Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions with a focus on Microsoft Intune, Android, and iOS devices.
- Ensure mobile device compliance with company policies and provide troubleshooting and solutions for issues.
- Research and implement the best methods for installing and deploying applications in the Azure Cloud.
- Monitor and evaluate applications, Cloud/Azure Virtual Desktop (VDI) environments, and application deployments.
- Work with mobile devices, operating systems, MDM solutions, security protocols, apps, enrollments, and end users.
- Research, propose, and deliver on new technical requirements and capabilities.
- Provide Tier 3 engineering support for Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systems, including establishing new build and deployment methods.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows Server 2019 (and higher) technologies.
- Provide engineering support for Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Document system changes and updates.
- Support other Tier 3 and Tier 4 personnel with user issues, including application assistance, network troubleshooting, and other support needs.
- Create and deliver briefings to customers at various levels.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
- Strong collaboration skills within a team and with stakeholders.
- Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain best practice workflows for software requests, procurement, and deployments.
- Hands-on experience with cloud/Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) solutions for maintaining software.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructures and services.
- Significant engineering experience supporting Windows platform environments with the following core Microsoft technologies:
- Windows 10 (and higher) desktop operating systems
- Windows Server 2019 (and higher)
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- DNS, DHCP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Robust troubleshooting skills for mobile and desktop environments.
- Ability to develop and deploy best practice architectures for Windows and cloud solutions.
- Capability to monitor and evaluate mobile device environments effectively.
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft M365 and Azure services.
- Working knowledge of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Visual Studio Code.
- Knowledge of Microsoft KQL, InTune administration, and configuration.
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and best practices.
- Ability to create and modify MS PowerShell scripts.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft AZ900 and MS90.
