Systems Administrator

The Swift Group is looking for a skilled and experienced Systems Administrator to join our technical support team. This role is responsible for managing, deploying, and troubleshooting systems across a variety of platforms, including Mac OS and Windows. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in system infrastructure, supporting large userbases, and working with both hardware and software issues in diverse environments. Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience managing systems utilizing Mac Open Directory.
• Proven experience managing and deploying Mac OS 10+ and Windows-based workstations.
• Strong understanding of databases, servers, and other system infrastructure, including network switches, routers, workstations, and standalone systems.
• Experience working with large userbases, responding to troubleshooting tickets, managing access control, and addressing other end-user requests.
• Experience surveying sites and identifying network and system issues.
• Proven experience troubleshooting network, server, and stand-alone Apple and Windows-based workstation hardware, as well as compatibility of applications between operating system manufacturers and across OS versions.
• H.S Diploma.
• Requires some travel.
• TS/SCI Security clearance with Polygraph.

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
