How You'll Make an Impact:
As an Audio Visual Engineer, you'll be a crucial part of our team, ensuring smooth and efficient use of AV equipment across conference rooms. You'll take ownership of the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems while providing hands-on customer support to ensure flawless meetings and presentations.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Daily Conference Room Checks: Ensuring all equipment is online, functioning, and fully charged for the day's meetings.
- On-the-Spot Meeting Support: Acting as the go-to technical resource for customers during meetings, covering everything from audio, video, and WebEx to room computer connectivity and laptop integrations.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Quickly resolving any AV issues that arise during meetings to ensure minimal disruption.
- Customer Interaction: Logging all customer interactions and technical issues using ServiceNow, helping maintain clear communication and tracking of issues.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshooting and resolving all AV-related problems to guarantee top-notch performance and user satisfaction.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Qualifications:
- Education: BS degree and 5+ years of experience in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- Hands-on experience supporting telephony, video, network, and collaboration devices.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service and end-user support.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to effectively support customers and team members.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with AV technologies: At least 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with Cisco Telepresence, WebEx, Cisco CMS, and Cisco Jabber is highly preferred.

- Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $120-130k. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
